The short version

Daily Revelation has no accounts, no advertising and no tracking cookies. We don’t collect your name or email address, and we don’t sell or share anything about you.

What’s kept on your device

To remember your progress, the site saves a few things in your browser’s own storage on your device. They never leave your device and we can’t see them:

Clearing this site’s data in your browser settings removes all of it. Because it lives on one device, your streak doesn’t carry over to another phone or computer.

What reaches our server

To show the right verse, your browser tells our server today’s date where you are. It’s used only to pick the verse. The page also fetches the site’s own files, such as the cards for today’s words and the game’s word list, and like any web page, those requests appear in ordinary server logs. Nothing else about you is sent. The site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the service, as described in Netlify’s privacy policy.

Visitor statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It uses no cookies, doesn’t follow you across other websites, and doesn’t identify you personally.

Fonts

The site’s lettering is loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads, under Google’s privacy policy.

Sharing

Share images and game results are made on your device. They’re only sent somewhere if you choose to share them.

Children

The site is suitable for all ages and doesn’t collect personal information from anyone, including children.
